I've used this storage facility many times before, but my last visit was very disappointing due to the new manager's impolite behaviour. The lift got stuck, so I went to ask him for help. He told me, "One second, I'm on the phone," but after waiting 20 minutes, he still hadn't come. When I approached him again, he said, "I'll be with you in a moment," but never showed up. I ended up fixing the lift myself. He was completely unhelpful. This is not the service you expect after being a customer for years.

On top of that, when we arrived, he insisted we sign in, which has never been required before, and I wasn’t sure why. The bathroom was also locked, even though it has always been open in the past. Overall, I’m really unhappy with the service and how poorly the place is being managed now.
