Really good team they have there. Honest , and didn’t need to do price match, as they were cheapest straight off. Tom was very helpful. Need more managers like him.

I have been renting a storage unit from these guys for a few months and due to changing circumstances, I needed to move to a larger unit.
All the Staff at the Ashton Gate site have been so helpful and friendly - nothing is too much trouble and I have found the whole process to be so easy.
Would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Great team and especially the manager Tom who was really helpful, fast to respond and totally professional - proof that a job is what you make it ! Their rates are competitive for the location but the big plus is that it's run really well and the team are fast to respond if you have any problems.

Great experience all round. Happily price matched and managed to get us a good deal in a tricky situation. Easy to use software for ID checks etc. The actual building is great, feels very clean and secure. Loads of equipment around the place to move heavy furniture. Would definitely use them again!

Fantastic customer service. I had to change the check in date for the booking that I’ve made and this could not be done easily. However the store manager went above and beyond to help me with this issue until it was sorted. Highly recommend.

I had a horrible experience with the reception. While checking in I was told that there is no move-out notice required and that the day I move out they will instantly end my contract and refund the rest of the month’s payment. The day I come to move out the lady was insanely rude and told me that I needed to give a 7 day period of move out and that I will continue to be charged for the storage for the next 7 days! I have used Access storage twice now and last time (a year ago) no such policy was there. You go to the reception and you move out, instantly they ended your contract and refunded you for the rest of the month.
Today the reception staff told me that while moving in I’m meant to get a circular that states the move out policy but I never got it and I vividly remember the staff telling me there’s no notice period. I’m very unhappy with this service.

Very glad we used Access storage to save driving a car load of university gear up to Manchester for just a few months. The customer service from Rhodri and Tom during check out was tip top, lovely warm, friendly manner which goes such a long way. On the strength of this we would definitely use Access in the future.
