I have recently moved from my previous storage company as their rates became too high. I researched local companies and found Access Storage in Bracknell and called in to speak to them. I was greeted by James the Manager and Vince who showed me around the various units. I was very impressed with everything especially the price. I decided there and then to reserve a unit whilst giving notice to my existing company. I would definitely recommend Access for your storage needs. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
A special thank you to Alistair who was very efficient and helpful on the day I moved my things into the unit.

Looked locally for storage for my house move. Access locks offered the best deal so I visited to look at storage options. Vince was very helpful and informative in helping me choose. The whole process after that went very smoothly. The App and security are very good, very modern clean facility. I would certainly recommend.

First class experience. First time using storage units and was in touch with quite a few. James went above and beyond to beat all prices and then helped change my unit last minute to suit some awkward items I had. Wonderful facility, excellent customer service and would highly recommend anyone in the area to choose this branch.

This is a really great place if you are looking for short term self storage. The rates are very reasonable and there are some discounts available, so check it before finalizing the price. Easy and safe process with weekly payments, although you are charged for a month, but at the end it's calculated weekly and you should get some refund, I will update the review about that later, but I got the space in 15 mins and had a look before the actual payment. I found it really helpful and definitely recommend this.

Dealing with the staff there is a good experience, easy, and polite. The manager of the site however has no customer service skills, is rude, arrogant, condescending, with no concept of how to speak to people and frankly shames the entire brand. Avoid him, everything else is fine.

My grandmother has been using Access Bracknell for a while now and she adores the company, I can see why now I've been there with her. Above and beyond customer service, very compassionate staff, great facilities and great Management. My nan has used a lot of the units over her time in the Bracknell and London area but says this one is the best and I can hand on heart see why it is. Thank you James and all the staff for a great experience!!

I have used Access here for a number of years and have always found the location, units, accessibility and facility to be amazing. Recently however i have worked with James and Josh here and want to call out what amazing services i have received from them. James specifically is a superstar, his attitude, professionalism and desire to help is exemplary and he is a credit to your organisation. More often than not in this day and age we are quick to criticise and slow to praise, i hope that this readdresses the balance a little. Superstar team here!!
