Small yard , arrive up to the gate then its a intercom to let u in.
Park up on the right hand side and walk up to office for allocated the bay

Busy can be , as I did have a booking for 8am, did arrived at 07.30am. After 8am was arrived another 5 lorries .
Its look like they do load one lorry at the time

Nice Staff in the office , explain u all.

why are employees leaving fake reviews. numerous members of staff all seem to be leaving reviews. I will be honest and say your service is exceptionally so, too many covid excuses being used by your company for the slow service of getting goods out it comes as no shock your business was wound up by the courts as per companies house information and thus you now trade as absolute warehouse services.

Extremely positive and professional experience dealing with Absolute Warehouse Services Ltd. Really friendly staff from top to bottom. Any question or little problem I had was dealt with in a prompt and professional manner. Would recommend their services to any business with storage needs and will certainly be using them again.

a very bad experience from day one, upon using there services and being told we will decanter your containers and store the products it begins like this .

they tried to relocate our stock on arrival to a very poor and damp storage unit away from the main warehousing. they hired window cleaners to come in and decant the container in which they had the nerve to charge £300 even though i actually unloaded it myself and brought in every pallet into there warehouse. upon complaining to Ben Greenwood he did not like hearing honest feedback or criticism. (big deal) we requested a directors phone call from the rude and arrogant Ben but no phone call was ever received which sums up the bad service they offer.

they claimed another charge on top. they were instructed not to stack pallets on top of pallets as the product was fragile. they simply don't listen. they then had the honesty to admit they had smashed several items but refuse to pay out trade costs. they want to pay the manufacturing cost and not pay for the shipping costs of the item or pay the duty and vat we had to pay. upon making payment to collect our goods there office has been obstructive in denying payment was made and refusing us to collect our goods. after a stand off over being kept an hour sending payment proof and being ignored for 4 days we had to go site and argue with them. they then of course found payment after an hour of waiting and duly keep another 20 minutes whilst the warehouse messed around getting one single pallet out that was supposed to have been ready on monday am. this a shoddy company to deal with who are only good for storing pallets of cardboard or bed mattresses. anything of value they cannot be trusted. there reputation is mud in general going bust many times and are bad payers which comes FROM a major property leasing company who made it clear how bad there reputation is . it wont be long before they go bust yet again and re start up.
COURT PAPERS WILL BE IN THE POST FOR THE DAMAGED GOODS AND THANK YOU FOR THE DISGUSTING SHODDY TREATMENT OF OUR PRODUCTS WITH 7 DAMAGES. seems you deny everything even though the company was emailed when we collected damaged goods. once again we informed you not to stack our goods on top of each but sadly they don't listen.
STICK TO STORING CARDBOARD BOXES AND PALLETS OF MDF AS THATS ALL YOUR FIT TO DO AND EVEN A LOCAL FIRM NOT 1/2 MILE AWAY SAYS YOUR A SHAMBLES TO DEAL WITH.
May BE big shot BEN GREENWOOD WONT LIKE WHEN HIS BOSS GETS TO READ THIS. HIS ATTITUDE STINKS AND HE THINKS HE ABOVE HIS STATION BEING THE BOSSES SON.

Great guy in the warehouse when I went there at night. very friendly and helpful when I have wrong collection number. We got it sorted and was very quick to load me.
