Very Bad service. They agrees pickup but they did not pickup he containers in free time and we beard extra demurrage cost. Even this was Abacus fault but they did not agree to pay demurrage. Also Our customer missed appointment CVS for Cars. Now he has to wait for next booking which is now nest month.

Avoid. They don't bother doing your notification of arrival but will say it's been done. Cost me time and money but not interested in helping you by rectifying their mistakes

A great service from abacus importing my 242 from America. The service I received from Joe In the office was amazing up to date information on when my car was gonna arrive. My car was damaged in transit by the company who loaded it but abacus really went above and beyond to make sure the parts got sourced. I found the attention to detail for them offering part payments up until delivery to take the sting off the final lump was a great gesture but the price really isn't expensive. If your looking at importing a car please use them you won't be disappointed.

Driving down A34 on Tuesday 20 November 2018 @15:20 and one of their drivers, reg ending in HDD, was overtaking on a hill, at less than 30mph,with a qieue of more than twenty cars stuck behind it.

When we eventually passed and read the company nsme on the side of the cab we found the telephone number given rang out and the web address had expired

Was left woth no alternative but to hand dash cam footage to police when I get home.
