The notes clearly stated "I have a spaniel", and the pickup point was a vets. But lo, the lowlife who came to pick me up left me stranded in the dark in December with my support dog, because he "won't have dat thing in dis car". No idea what country he was from originally but obviously he can't read English and chooses to ignore important passenger notes. Red Toyota Prius FY68 JDZ Plate H21, fire him. He would rather leave a young woman stranded than do his job.

I prebooked a taxi as I knew it would be a busy night. Tend to go with AA but will probably swerve in future now. My taxi came to me 80 minutes late, staff were completely unhelpful. I spoke to a man (I won't call him a gentleman) he was the most ignorant and rude person I've had the displeasure of speaking to. I have a service dog and anxiety, I prebooked so I didn't have the anxiety of travel. The man was dismissive and just blatantly rude. Their excuse 'its a busy night', that's why I prebooked! I contacted to complain, a message had to be passed on. They've had no courtesy to contact back and offer a decent apology or anything of that sort. They just sound completely uninterested to be honest and like they couldn't care less for how they're operating or impacting people.

Unfortunately this taxi service has taken over what used to be really good service with Revells.

I recently booked a taxi for the night before my train trip to the airport. With 15 minutes until my train left the taxi still hadn’t arrived. Had to call again and was told by the driver booking is no guarantee a taxi will turn up! So why does this taxi allow you to pre-book specifically asking when your train leaves?

I was daft enough to give them a second chance and again after 30 minutes of waiting no taxi with zero communication about lengthy delays so that I could have arranged a different way of getting there and not missing my appointment. When the driver did show up he was very anti social blasting awful music as loud as the speakers would go and did not apologise.

Do not use unless you want a highly stressful start to wherever you’re going.

AA taxis are appalling ! Ou taxi was booked days in advance and at the time I specified that we have 2 small dogs . I was told that wasn't a problem . This morning I received a text to say our taxi was on it's way , then another to say the car had changed. Then I received a text to say there were no drivers available this morning who can take dogs ! As a consequence we missed our train home ! I will never book AA taxis again . In fact if it was possible to give a zero rating I would.

Ordered a taxi for 9am for a 5min trip to the train station. Taxi didn't arrive after several calls still didn't send someone. Missed our train which meant we missed our flight costing us €180 for a transfer. I wish I had read the review before using AA cleethorpes.

£100 pound to got Doncaster hospital that was ok then return trip was told £145 when phoned and I was ready to come home what a rip off
