I requested a AA Force Cabs for my wife on the weekend. My wife was late by 10 minuets but the driver waited for her and he was very polite and understanding. Now she use Forces Cabs all the time. Great customer service.

I booked Forces Cab from Syrencot after been let down by an Amesbury Taxi. Forces Cab got me to the wedding venue and price was great. Executive Cab as well

Canada estate to solstice park. 2 mile journey, driver charge me £9.10 on a Monday night. Totally dishonest driver, he drove the long way towards ward barracks, then to the A303, back road to plummer estate, then up the hill over the bridge. Never again. Ended up covering 5 - 6 miles. Don't not use. Non apologetic dishonest cabs. See the response. I have evidence it was a Monday, but they answer says Sunday. Unbelievable......

Did not turn up, shocking as we pre paid. Then an hour later they called to ask if we had been picked up! No we hadn’t. Will not recommend or use again.

Would give 0 if I could, wouldn't take some American's to the airport last minute. 90 minute drive at most and clearly no clue what sort of tip would have been provided, what else do cab driver's have to do?
