They didn’t even call my brother in law that we are delivering the parcel. My sister and my brother in law were not at home so they left the parcel at a neighbour’s house.
I feel the customer service is really bad. In the past they have always called but the s time they didn’t. Not a very happy customer.

My folks back home in India recently received all the ten boxes of items I’d sent through AtoZ Courier.London. Approx 60% were books, rest were display items, kitchen equipments , cutlery and a large round 20 kg metal table and a large metal console table. Having packed items half heartedly I took all the boxes to Wembley branch.
Staff were friendly and suggested that I needed their boxes as they were stronger . I went with that and saw them re packing everything neatly as possible and sealing them tight. Books etc were quite heavy so paid £600 plus.in total. Air freight was expensive so went with the sea instead. Took 3 months. It’s was delivered at my door back home. Boxes arrived intact, looked like it went through customs unscathed as I had nothing I shouldn’t have..
50% of glasses and china items were broken or damaged. Nothing was missing.
Despite the broken stuff, I was secretly quite pleased as every thing turned up. I’d give A to Z Couriers 5 stars and look forward to sending more stuff in the future .
