I had a huge and unexpected move from Leeds to Hastings recently… I found them through the positive Google reviews and they were absolutely right…. These people were so amazing.. I reached Eastbourne at around 2-3 am and they were responding to all my messages… even giving me backup phone numbers in case they fell asleep… As a women who travelled alone from Leeds to Eastbourne with all my stuff in a van their conversation gave me so much relief!!! Even during the 1 week when my stuff was there I knew I could trust them… 100% recommend them!!! Bless them ❤️

Well lit, clean and well organised different sized spaces, with very helpful staff. We only used for a month but it was excellent value for money secure storage, allowing us to clear out furniture and precious items.

I recently moved home, from central London to the West Kent/Sussex boarder and needed both a removal firm and storage company. I consider myself to have been lucky to find Secure Stores Sussex Limited who offered both services.

At every step of the process, they were quick to answer questions, provide quotes (which were extremely competitive), and confirm dates - seemingly moving their own schedule to fit mine.

The removal was seamless, they arrived perfectly on time, came with all the necessary wrapping materials, and as I had a number of fragile antique pieces, including furniture, mirrors and ceramics, I was reassured and super-impressed with Mike's packing skills, with everything skilfully and thoroughly packed and protected (easily comparable with the service offered by the likes of Headley's, Gander & White or Cadogan Tate Shipping!)

I visited the storage facility a couple of times to retrieve and add items, and was happy to receive a text message almost immediately on entering, asking me to confirm it was me at the stores; this added another layer of reassurance, to know they had their eye on my belongings, 24/7!

The delivery of everything to my new home a few months later was equally smooth, they arrived at the given time, placed everything into the right place, and took away all the boxes and wrapping materials - with nothing missing and nothing damaged or broken.

All in all, Secure Stores Sussex Ltd, are a small company who provide a 5* service, they are easily comparable to the biggest and most reputed firms in the business. So, no complaints from me - just praise for a job well done!
