We cant praise Mercator highly enough. Delivered at short notice a crate to Bahrain with no problems at all. collected from us at the specified time and had it with our customer in perfect condition within 4 days. Pricing was fantastic also. George was a pleasure to deal with

I have used Mercator Cargo Systems many times for shipments all around the globe and on each occasion, Mercator have stepped up above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible.
Mercator have provided Sea, Air and Road freight to my company (Qualus) with competative pricing along with great customer service and this has made Mercator my go to freight forwarder.
Quite a few of the shipments have been more complex with IOR's involved but once again Mercator always handled the shipments smoothly.
A special mention to George Goehlert who has been a person i could call for queries and advice, hes always happy to help.

I am trying to be fare by leaving 3 stars. George has helped us with one previous shipping, clearance and delivery. Unfortunately, he ignored / did not respond to my email and calls regarding another job ( shipping ). Even I have emailed him again just as reminder but without any response. At the end, another company is carrying out the job rather than Mercator cargo. We were willing to keep dealing with Mercator Cargo but not sure now as the other company has provided a good service. I think Mercator Cargo needs consistency.

I should have written this review a long time ago. The team at Mercator have been managing my annual imports from Taiwan for 10 years now and their service has been faultless. So helpful when I first started, guiding me with what I needed to do regarding paperwork and still always so helpful and professional, managing the complete end to end, collection of goods in Kaohsiung to delivery of goods in Hampshire. I trust Mercator 100% to get my imports to me. Really great service and great value.
