I ordered 2 pairs of boots from Timberland and initially could not work out who VF Northern Europe was on my bank statement however, can now reconcile the transaction and confirm that this company receives the order and ships on behalf of a number of well known brands.

Like other reviewers, woke up today to find fraudulent payments being taken from my credit card for this company. Have had to cancel credit card and dispute payments. UPDATE: I spoke to the company and they are aware of the fraudulent transactions and are looking into them. I have amended the star rating as the company is also a victim and this shouldn't reflect badly on them. I am however leaving this review up so other people are aware.

X3 Fraudulent payments taken on the same day for the exact same amount. Reported to bank and awaiting my money back.

Update: Santander have since refunded me and are aware of the issue. Just to clarify, I haven’t made any purchases in Vans, North Face etc like other reviews have stated, this is a savings account that no purchases are made on.

I originally left 1* for what I thought was an unauthorised transaction on my credit card, especially as my initial enquiry into the transaction brought me to a distribution warehouse that I’d never heard of. However - this company is a trading name for many familiar high street & online companies - the transaction I thought was fraud was actually genuine (from North Face) This company dealt with my phone complaint very professionally & sympathetically & I’ve updated my review accordingly. I hope this helps anyone else in the same situation…
