The purpose-built facility makes you feel that your stuff really is very safe, security is taken very seriously. Trolleys provided to help get your stuff from you car/van, and the team are all fantastic, super friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond. Highly recommend.

The staff is friendly and the prices are really good! But has only a difference: the schedules or at least the ability to access it even outside the established hours. unfortunately closes at 17 and for those who work is a big problem, of course, but it is also open the weekend with the same hours of all stores

Love coming in here . Evertime I'm made to feel really welcome. Lee,Vern, and Emma go out of there way to help in any way they can. I'm always greeted by name. It's always nice to pop in. The guys here do an amazing job.

The staff were really helpful, especially Emma, who stayed late for us when the packing of my mother-in-laws home in Essex took longer than we expected it to, and then we were delayed in traffic on the journey back to Swindon. She was really kind and didn’t rush us with the check-in, which we hadn’t had a chance to do online before getting there.
It’s always a very friendly service anytime we go in. Thanks.

Emma was on site when I arrived and sorted out the size of space needed as well as the admin side of moving my bits and pieces into storage. It was a pleasure to work with her to get started with the process and complete the process with her advice on the storage options available. Overall a pleasant experience during a stressful period. 10 marks out of 10.

I've used Big Yellow, Swindon before, so had no hesitation to use them again. However the current Team, Vernon, Emma and a big shout out to Lee have been so attentive, understanding, compassionate and really understood my situation and what I needed. I was so impressed with Lee when I made my initial first enquiry. The things Lee said he was going to do, he just carried through effortlessly. His professionalism, coupled with sound advice was second to none. Would highly recommend Big Yellow Swindon to anyone looking for storage, whether short or long term. The facilities are excellent, how it all works is so simple, the store is ideally located and you get great coffee too!!
