I am in the process of moving house so am looking for storage to drop off boxes regularly rather than having the hassle of moving everything in one day, so having had guardian as a recommendation, have visited the site 3 times during its apparent opening hours to find information about unit sizes and costs and there’s never anyone there. Gates locked and no answer on the intercom even though cars are parked inside the gates? I’ve tried calling and don’t get an answer. Clearly they don’t want the business?

We booked a month of storage with Guardian to help with a gap in our house move. From the start toi the finish, they were incredibly helpful and professional. Their setup is second to none, with a very secure, user-friendly entry system and Tom is a delight to deal with. He sent us full details of how to use the facility, with photos of gates and keypads. We have used storage before in Kent and also in Devon and this operation is far superior to any that we've used before. I would highly recommend them.

I have used Guardian Self Store on 2 different occasions now and I’m really impressed with the exceptional level of service that has been provided both times. The systems that they have in place are brilliant and the fact you have 24hrs access 7 days a week is another great feature that gives you much more flexibility when compared to most other storage facilities. Tom is incredibly helpful and will answer any questions or issues you may have and responds to these very swiftly. Therefore I would highly recommend guardian self store to anybody that needs extra storage, they have a wide variety of sizes that will meet many different requirements.

The storage unit can be accessed at anytime of the day and night. You have your own codes for the gates and the entrance doors, this way if there is any issues they know who has accessed the building.
It was easy to downsize our unit after we had sorted out some of the items we had.
We had to empty mum house and having the unit gave us time to go through her items at our own pace.
Tom has always been at hand if I forgot my codes to my access to the site.

Used Guardian for 10 months, facility is excellent. Never had any problems with access, space was dry and clean.
Special mention for Tom who administers the facility at Berkely/Newport on the A38, easy to deal with and really on the case.

My experience of using Guardian Storage has been excellent. Tom couldn't be more professional, or helpful, giving really excellent customer service. The facility was always spotlessly clean and any maintenance needed was communicated clearly. I would recommend.
