Have had a unit with All Boxed for several months at the time of writing this review.

Setting up was very easy, with a phone quote from an energetic and helpful agent. They offered a really good deal (half price if I remember) for the first few months too.

The facility is very clean and tidy, with trolleys and dollys to help get your bigger items in.

Staff are always friendly and keen to help when I do pop my head in, and I have confidence that they care about the personal belongings people leave with them.

Would happily recommend All Boxed to anyone, they've been brilliant. Modern facilities which are always clean and tidy. Happy to show me around their different units for size comparisons. They were even able to accept a few deliveries, dropping them off straight to the storage unit.

Would really recommend, team were very helpful when we came to view the storage units. Nothing was too much trouble. Really easy access into the unit at all times of the day / night. Trolleys available for use if you have multiple items to move around.

Fantastic service in a superb facility. All of the staff were extremely helpful, and all communication was both swift and efficient, making everything really straightforward. The units and facility itself are all extremely clean, tidy and well maintained, with excellent access arrangements. We were very pleased with our indoor unit, the entire experience has been easy and we would not hesitate to use again. Highly recommended.

Honestly one of the best services I’ve used if not the best. I was only going to leave my stuff for a week (yes, they are one of the only places that do weekly storages) but I loved how easy and efficient they were and decided to leave my stuff over for longer.

They have been so kind and such a great vibe. They are very understanding and friendly, their staff are incredibly helpful.

I would use them as a storage facility all over again because of how incredible they have been

Extremely loud alarm was ringing entire time, no one at desk to deal with it at 2 (supposedly open until 4). Emergency line doesn’t work, potential safety and security concern. Apart from this, containers are good.
