Biased opinion perhaps as I work at Broughton Transport; but a great place to be and some insider feedback if you’re doing some research, after all you’re checking reviews for a reason. Great kit and varied work available with loads of UK and European options to choose from. Great bunch of drivers of which there are lots; and the company is a great supporter of young blood coming into the industry. Some stay weeks, some stay years, others like me; you’ll probably have to drag me out of my cab after retirement. As a result, advertising for drivers can be often, but in no way derogatory to the business. It’s a way life and not just a job.

The management, engineers, transport office staff, hr team right the way through to our ‘make ready magician’ on the wash bay dedicate themselves to the customers and keeping everyone who works here busy but safe.

The business always welcomes customer and public feedback which is always acted on. My opinion and feedback is an old review does not reflect the business and the team of today, and I can assure you, we all strive daily to deliver a service to the customer that we can all be proud of. One of the worst pallet delivery companies I have ever had the misfortune to deliver to my property. We live at the end of a tarmac private road, fair enough that the truck was to large to go up the driveway but they had an electric pallet truck that could have pulled the pallet up the road. Driver refused and just dropped the pallet at the end of the road so every heavy parcel on the pallet had to be carried 75 metres. Shocking customer in this day and age.

You have some very ignorant and very selfish drivers working for you all flash and no condsideration for others when you in a que at the tunnel you merge in turn not cut others up you end up on the same train

A terrible company. One of their drivers knocked over our gate and 2.5m stone pillar. We understand sometimes these things can happen, but the company were terrible at dealing with it. I chased over 10 times and never received any call backs let alone any reimbursement for the £3250 it cost to repair. After 9 months I am having to proceed with legal action to reclaim the costs for the damage.

Less than 1 star. Used to be good, but pretty poor now. Ended up having to get a Courier to pick up a pallet from there yard as they couldn't get it delivered. Avoid at all costs. Speedy Freight Plymouth on the other hand who sorted there mess out were 5 stars...
