Had materials contained on 9 large pallets delivered for my new driveway and back patio by a very friendly and efficient driver called Mark. He was even very knowledgeable about the products he was delivering, and described the process that was to be used to mix and lay the materials! He was using an electric pallet truck which he said would be difficult to use on the grass verge surface where my contractor had requested the load was put, but he went the extra mile to make sure that it was as requested, in spite of some difficulties. I would thoroughly recommend this firm if all the drivers are this helpful, many thanks Shipley Transport and Mark!

After spending time working here, they were very welcoming, patient, listened and made you feel a part of the family, fully recommend to someone who doesn’t mind hard work, and sometimes lengthy hours (as every hgv job is anyway) but if you want to feel part of something it’s a friendly place

Contacted with Shipley to have a vehicle picked up in Georgia and delivered to Florida after a mechanical failure. They changed the price multiple times and I had to pay 3 different times. Buyer beware. The actual transport company was wonderful and they got less than a third of what I paid in total. Do not recommend.

Astonishingly poor service and communication. The driver(s) were very pleasant but email communication and delivery times were way off the mark.

EDIT: In response to your comment I most certainly am NOT referring to a different company. Don’t deflect your deservedly negative reviews onto other innocent businesses. Awful practice and a pathetic tactic. Screenshot from my emails attached.
