Have dealt with Unique for importing for a couple of years now, the sales guys are great. But the operations folk leave a lot to be desired. On my latest shipment they decided to change our trading terms without any notice, advising before they accepted our order and waiting until our cargo had arrived in the UK. Completely untrustworthy, would recommend finding alternative freight forwarders, there are plenty out there!.. One star is over rated for them..
