Extremely poor customer handling I have been calling Cheryl and John for weeks and sent email’s each time John would pick up the call saying we are terribly busy have loads and loads of containers to deal with if you wanna wait thn wait if not find someone else.
Bear in mind I approached them with a reference of a friend.
All I was asking is to get a price for my shipment clearance very rude and unprofessional behavior would never recommend to anyone.
The impression they give is that they handle big companies with 100’s of containers and they don’t care about small business owners business such a shame.

If you want a very very poor service then use this company, otherwise do not use this company. The director is very rude, vehicle never arrived on date scheduled, no contact details supplied of driver, when enquired as to the whereabouts of the vehicle the company couldn't provide any details and told the vehicle will be delivered sometimes in the near future. Also told to shut up in the middle of the conversation.
