I didn't receive a notification about my package because the seller forgot to set it up, so I have just received a note that they couldn't deliver it (my wife was in the garden...). As it was a higher value and needed signature anyway, I went to the centre to collect the package that delivery guy took back at the end of the day, and they found my parcel in little time. Everyone was nice and helpful 🙂

Went there around 8:45 but they had payment issues at that time. This was because somethings changed on the tech side and the people knew the changes come late! So it wasn't a good experience on that front as I needed to go there again later in the day. I think best time to visit the centre is after 10!

The staff were very polite and apologetic about the situation, which is why 3 *s!

The process need to change and more people need to be able to process payments!

Their driver claimed to have delivered to the property but was unable to gain access. What they didn't see was our CCTV recording their proclaimed "attempt" on the front of the building and on the doorbell camera. But then, how could they see the CCTV if they didn't actually turn up to the address at all! They didn't leave a card or anything and I had to drive over to their Dunstable pickup location which is 30 minutes away with a large enough car to pickup the table we ordered. I paid extra to have the package delivered to the property but wasted my money with DHL.

On a separate note, the girl at the pickup location in Dunstable Friday 17th Feb at 9am was great. Sorry I didn't catch her name.

Fairly good.

But careful about the closing time. Even though it says Monday - Friday 8 AM to 7 PM they won't accept your parcel after 6:30 PM
