Nicola is an absolute credit to Royal Mail! We recently moved into a new property that hasn’t been assigned a regular postman yet, and Nicola at the Dunstable Delivery Office has been incredibly helpful. She has gone out of her way to assist us with collecting our mail, making sure that everything is accounted for – from bank cards and important letters to hospital correspondence. Worst service ever.
Even with clear instructions to leave the parcel behind the bin or with a neighbour, the delivery man took no notice, two days running! I see him read the note on my door through my door bell, of which he didn't ring, twice. If he had of rung the door bell i would of spoken to him. Now I have to make a special journey to the sorting office to pick it up between 8am & 10am. If I was available during these times I would of answered my door!!!

Well they have lied to us that the parcel is out for re delivery. Asked the post man on our street and he did not had the parcel.

This service time table is ridiculous.

I don’t know why we still using Royal Mail…shame that you are acting as a royal service.

After ringing the bell for service was quickly seen. Unfortunately now they have changed their times, on my opening for 2 hours from 8am to 10am mon to Friday and 8am to 12pm Saturday and closed on Sunday, on thurs they are also opened from 4pm to 6pm. Not very convenient for those people who work, would be more useful if they were definitely opened on Sundays like they used to be.

Keep on getting the wrong mail. Three days in a row got other people's mail. The postman was different each time. Had to drop off parcels and letters to my neighbours. This is not good enough!!

Parcel delivery, not fit for purpose, they never tried to deliver my parcel, now I cannot collect it because their stupid hours ..8am -10am at depot...are bloody useless.! ..(isn't it illegal to delay or interfere with the delivery of royal mail ?)..
