They stating on my tracking number that my parcel is retention, although I have never asked to hold it back now 5 day later there is still no update on my parcel and they decided to lie after I filed for a complaint that it’s been delivered although the tracking still states pending .. can you please deliver my parcel which is pending since the 18th ?

I can echo what everybody else has said. Utterly disgusting, pathetic service from this lot. They claim to attempt delivery; they do not. They'll just dump a parcel outside the building, allowing any passer by to simply pick it up. Currently having a nightmare with them over a lost parcel, due to one of their worker's laziness/incompetence. Utterly unfit for purpose and a total disgrace.

I had an amazon parcel that was delivered by Royal mail, which was taken to the delivery office. I was helped by 2 very nice people who found my parcel and although this had my wife's name on the item they checked my id and happily handed over the parcel.

Funny people .... The packages never came on time. I'm at home every time and somehow it's hard for them to deliver even though I live near the post office. And they go on strike and want raises for nothing .A lot of people are waiting for jobs, maybe give someone else try

This whole week has been a disaster for my deliveries I was expecting so many parcels to arrive that I ordered online and it says they’ve attempted delivery and it has been rescheduled by customer to not come to the address! This is absolutely ridiculous and not fair! It’s been 4 days now without my parcels and I just keep getting the same message!!

I am completely fed up with this post office and their service . It’s the worst I’ve seen in years. I expected a special delivery parcel today and shocked to find they had allegedly attempted delivery when they didn’t and I have been in the house the whole morning.

Just close this post office down and rehire staff because they are inadequate at their job including the men you find at reception. They do not carry the Royal Mail brand well and there is nothing royal about the service.

If i could give 0 i would , This service is so so bad and terrible, Every time I am meant to receive a delivery, nobody turns up and just sends a false message saying delivery was attempted.
Never had this issue with any other delivery service
There’s never any postcards for attempted delivery either. I have lost 2 items now thanks to Royal mail luton. Even when I rescheduled to pick up at local post office they don’t deliver their. I don’t understand what has happened to this country
