We used this car park as part of a hotel park and stay package with Holiday Extras. The car park was easy to find and use. It is in a secure location with a free shuttle bus running frequently to Luton Airport. My husband carelessly left his mobile phone on the shuttle bus and through the efficiency & honesty of the staff, he was reunited with his phone at the end of the holiday. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Left the car over very the festive period and the boys drifted my car as just placed new tyres on and in 1200 miles lost 1.5 mm of tyre tread.
Been driven for 1.3 miles inside the carpark and all four carpets were dirty.

Parked here for 10 yrs and about 3 to 6 times a year, from a short business trip to 3 months. Quick turn around, but sometimes you can wait 20 mins for a bus, then it's a 15 minute run each way. Simple to understand set up. Only downside, once you get to within 24 hours of departure, they are not helpful if you run into problems (even like cancer).

Booked through holiday extras (who are fine). I wouldn't leave my car here again if they paid me. The system is fine, drop your keys, pick them up from a locker, easy. However, we found the house keys missing from the loop. We were specifically told by staff to leave them on, but when we came back they had been removed. We found they had been put into the car, but a 3am cardiac is not needed. The lockers are huge. Why do you need to take my 2 house keys off?

That wouldn't have been enough for me to leave a shirty review. What tipped me over was finding my electric wing mirrors had been manually pressed in, and they were swinging loose. I have added a video. Pay the extra £20 for the official car park. The damages to your car will far outweigh the minor saving.

Not used this service before, so a little "nervous" BUT very pleasantly surprised on how much easier it made our holiday. Would use this again, so thanks to these professionals who did an awesome job 👏🏻

Although it is a bus ride away from the airport which takes about 10 minutes plus a wait it is not too far.

Staff were really friendly.

There is two sites where you can drop and go or park the car yourself.

The bus back is from one of the stands outside the airport and drops you back.

I can't fault this service to be honest. We all know that airport parking is big business and the prices can be high but that's the way it is. The price for me to park my car and keep my keys was cheaper than some other car parks near Luton. The booking process was easy and confirmation was immediate. I parked at 04:45am on a Sunday, I was directed where to park by the security guard all rows are clearly signposted with a letter, We parked 30 seconds walk from the bus shelter. After only a couple of minutes the shuttle bus came (included in your parking fee, no ticket needed, just get on!) and dropped us at the terminal, the journey took just over 10 minutes. We returned a few days later after midnight, waited about 10 minutes (same place as drop off point) and the bus arrived. Not everyone could get on but the driver did his best. We got dropped off at the car park, walked 30 seconds to our car, waved goodbye to the on-site security and we were off. Very easy and I would definitely use this car park service again.
