Very dark and dingy Transport Office. Congested, uneven and dimly lit yard. Didn't see any Toilettes, restroom or canteen for drivers. Poor pay. Staff polite and professional.

Management is a terrible here always delays and any excuse to try not to take your pallets
It’s better to take the pallets to redditch and let them to take them to Luton

Slowest unload I've ever had. 7 hrs waiting before I got on a bay and 2 hrs to unload 6 pallets

I wish I could give them 0 stars. This is one of the worst logistics companies I’ve dealt with in my working career. Totally unprofessional, the depot manager is bordering on racist and doesn’t know how to speak to customers. He pretty much thinks he owns the place
The service is even worse, they keep losing stuff, delays , lack of communication between their internal teams and the list goes on...
Avoid at all cost...

Very rude customer service the tone they use is just not acceptable I dread calling in to discuss and issues we are having as company they do not want to talk and they want to sort all the issues through email which still doesn't get sorted and they make lies about emails they have sent which clearly it hasn't come through and this has happened twice now do not even bother arguing with the workers on the reception its not worth your time or peace.
