Ordered two items. One arrived damaged so I contacted the company. They got back to me immediately and said they would send out a replacement which they did. A couple of days later the replacement unit arrived in perfect condition.

Awful company. DO NOT BUY from them unless you want missold goods and absolutely outrageous customer service!!! I do not leave feedback unless it's a good one but on this occasion my frustration took over. Bought saucepans from them and there was not mentioning they were not for all types of heating. So now I have goods I can not use and can not contact the company. I have spent all my birthday money and now it seems I have waisted it. I left lots of voicemails and emails but nobody replies. Interestingly they only reply to goods reviews here and completely ignore low rating feedback. This is the worst experience ever. Will advise everyone I know to steer clear from them.

Was sent a faulty item, only got offered £2 compensation for it and instead of just sending me a replacement im having to wait for a returns label to return it. The emails are unclear and badly worded from customer service and they don't reply until the next day which is really tedious, its taking days to resolve something and no one picks up the phone. Won't be ordering from these again.

I ordered a bread bin and tea, coffee, sugar containers from this company. The handle on the bread bin was faulty, I asked if a replacement lid could be supplied, not only did I receive a lid but also the whole bread bin was replaced. The service from this company was excellent, they were polite, quick and very efficient, a well deserved 5 star review.

Charged 4 times with no confirmation and all follow up emails ignored.

Edit: I was contacted by company and given an explanation which was followed up via email. Although they explained the issue I still have £40 worth of transactions showing on my cards. Will hopefully resolve in the following days.

Very very poor company, not upholding legally obliged guarantees, not offering repair or replacement for poor product. Currently going through the process of a chargeback via American Express as the company will not repair, replace or refund a product that has developed a fault within a few months. Further to this, the fault is on a hinge which could cause injury to little one! Do NOT buy toy boxes from here, and from reading other reviews, avoid at all costs! Will be going to trading standards.

My son bought a Tefal blender from here for Christmas. Christmas morning I opened it to find the base broken. He contacted them they emailed a pre paid return label on 31/12/18. stating “Once, we receive the goods back, we will send you replacement /refund asap we
will get item back to us”.

It was returned to them after the New Year Bank Holiday. Six weeks later we’ve heard nothing. No reply to emails and when you call it’s an automated message saying “we’re not available now please try later” even though I’ve called during their opening hours (according to their website).

Could not and would not recommend. Shocking customer service.
