The reception staff are most helpful too.

Opening hours could be a little longer to be ideal, but these are explained before you agree to the contract, so if you don't like them, don't rent here.

I have dealt with both Alex and Steve, both of whom have been extremely helpful. I have been in a couple of times trying to decide which unit to rent. All staff have been so friendly and nothing is to much. I recommend the units, clean and easy to access.

Flawless experience from start to finish.
Really good service here, staff are excellent.
Everyone we spoke to was so helpful and friendly. Loads of parking so easy to load and unload. Security, cleanliness and general safety is great. Alex checked us in and checked us out and has been nothing but helpful, friendly and professional. He has made our entire time at Storage World great, couldn’t recommend him and Storage World enough.

What a place this is ! Alex was fabulous from start to finish
It's very secure opening times are limited so check them out
We are moving home and wasn't sure of the size of unit we needed so we were shown unit sizes and came up with the one we thought would be right for us nothing was too much trouble
We were kept informed throughout it all Alex is very approachable
I would highly recommend Storage world for any storage needs

I was very impressed with their professional yet friendly approach, not to mention their flexibility on what they could offer.
