Highly recommended! We stored a lot of things at the town centre unit whilst moving house, which turned out to be for a lot longer than initially expected. Michelle was most helpful and great to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone, the units are well maintained, easy to access and come with excellent customer service!

We stored our belongings for 18 months while building a house. The units are secure and quiet and there was never any problems with moisture etc - all our stuff came out exactly as it went in. There is a van which you can borrow for free to move in and out.
Michelle was lovely to deal with and always easy to get hold of/very responsive.
Would use again (although hoping we won't need to!) and definitely recommend!

Harrogate Storage Solutions were absolutely brilliant when we used them during our move. Various delays with our house purchase meant that we had to keep changing our plans, and I don't know how we would have fared without the flexibility that Lorraine offered. For the actual day of the move, we found that no rental vans were available, as we only had a confirmed date at the last minute, but were able to use the van from HSS for that day, and then book a rental van to slowly empty our units. Very friendly, helpful, flexible, and all at a very good price. Being able to park right next to the unit was another bonus. Thank you so much Lorraine,
