I’ve had a great experience with JB Storage Solutions. James was incredibly helpful throughout the entire registration process, patiently walking us through all the paperwork and making sure we understood everything. The storage site itself is fantastic—spacious, secure, and very conveniently located just a few miles from where we live. Great place run by lovely people. Super helpful and friendly. Very confident in the security of the site, the mobile phone entry system is pretty cool. It's in a quiet residential area with houses overlooking the site which give me extra confidence. Much cheaper than some of the other places I looked at.

These guys are great. Always good, quick responses to any questions, I can pay monthly by direct debit so don't have to think about it. Site is convenient for me which was why I went for them, but to be honest knowing what I know know, it would be worth it if they were further away.
