Wow, spoken to customer services, lady there was extremely rude and hung up on me. I don't think Santa will be visiting her this year! All I asked is why I pay for next day delivery and it's currently taking 2.5 weeks. I was shouted at saying it's not guaranteed and it'll be with me when it's ready to be, and then hung up. I did call back to speak to another colleague and she was lovely, but didn't seem to be bothered about the first ladies attitude. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I emailed a query regarding my delivery whilst the depot was closed. Billy Smith called me back promptly in the morning to discuss it. He was really friendly and very helpful sorting my delivery issue quickly so that I could receive my order that day. I also got a text and email with an ETA which was really helpful. Thanks LPC!

If i could leave no stars I would. Its the worst delivery company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have said they've delivered an item when they haven't as I was not carded. They also like to send out either no delivery information telling you what estimated time your parcel will be delivered or they send out a message a few minutes before said time slot. Gives you zero chance to try and get someone to try an receive your package. Thank goodness I will never have to deal with this company ever again. Might be worth a shout getting the absolute pack of numpties that answer the phones a few lessons in how to speak to people and to record information correctly. Do better, you never know who you have on the other end of the phone and what difficulties they actually have.

Unfortunately they've been tasked to deliver the medication for my wife. Fully ignored the request to be delivered on the weekend, and then booked a specific day to try to get it redelivered and also didn't ignored that... ABSOLUTELY USELESS SERVICE. AVOID
