Honestly never had such an experience before. I’ve sent my parcel on Monday to Greece and I was advised delivery takes 1 working day. I was sending my husband’s driving license, as it was a very urgent matter. That the only reason I used DHL) My parcel has been checked inside out at the DHL drop off point. It’s Thursday and its still in the UK, even though I was promised it would be delivered first on Wednesday then on Thursday. No explanation why it’s been held for so long. Absolutely terrible experience.

It is one of the worst services I have ever used . Missed my appointment due to their useless delivery and tracking service. No number to contact via mobile , only automated replies . My shipment was delayed for almost 24 hours. There should be a way to report DHL careless services

Very pathetic service. It is better to use alternative courier company . They keep shipment on hold for no reason and upon contacting helpline they keep call on hold for hours. It happened twice during last ten days. Very very disappointed to deal with DHL.
