Exercise caution if dealing with this company, in particular, if doing so with their new finance leadership team.
Sadly, integrity and honesty appears to be of little concern to them.
In short, a huge global company operating in over a dozen countries doesn't pay its bills in full or on time.

The new finance leadership team think it's perfectly reasonable to deduct £000's off an invoice and then ignore emails questioning this.

This is what some big companies do.
The very least we should do is name & shame them.

I have been using InExpress for a while. However recent issues have made me change my mind and stop using the service.
The courier has lost the parcel that I sent to my customer. When the customer contacted me with a complaint I was straight away calling inexpress, gained all evidence for non-delivery and submitted the claim. I was only told later that the claim could not be processed as i didn't contact them within 10 days of non-delivery of the parcel period. This is extremely unfair as 10 days is not long when the deliveries are very often delayed.
Now I am out of pocket by £200 due to lost items and I had to re-send the items to my customer again.
Would I use this company again? - DEFINITELY NO!

The team works together as a whole providing the best quality service that a customer needs. Customer service is A*. We feel like we are important client and not lost on a database of company names. We are so happy that we took the plunge and left the big name companies. The competitive prices are an added bonus

Superb company. Constantly providing a top-notch service. This is a company where you can call them, and actually speak to a human! No robotic word recognition nonsense. You get straight through to them. Many courier services offered, and all at competitive prices. If there is an issue with a delivery, they're onto it straight away.

Amazing customer service. Always someone to speak to, always helpful and professional and fast. The platform is very user friendly and keeps on coming up with new enhanced features. Links to your e-commerce platform (shopify in my case) and is just very comprehensive and easy to use. All in all, really satisfied.

InXpress have a great team, they are always very helpful, have quick feedback & quotes, and share updates during shipments if critical to us. They have even supported us out of hours on occasion. Very patient with multiple training sessions for our staff. They are always super happy and friendly which is a brilliant bonus.
