I have held a storage unit here for three years. John and his team have always been exceptionally helpful and courteous, advising me on how to arrange (and endlessly rearrange!) the unit in order to maximise my space, and being more than willing to lend me a hand getting things in and out whenever I have turned up alone. The unit is fantastically clean and secure, and the air quality is excellent. I have high-end pieces of furniture stored there, and they are as pristine today as when they were first placed in the unit. I cannot recommend SWSS highly enough.

I have been using South West Storage Solutions ever since John started the business. I have had large and small containers during this time and I have always had exceptional service and my belongings have always been safe, dry and secure. Whenever I have needed access, all I have done is call and arrange a time. The costs have always been cheaper than comparable companies offering storage. Would recommend.

Excellent company that we would recommend and use again. When my late father's home needed packing up, John sent two men who did a really good job. Everything was packed carefully and each box marked with the room it came from. When they got the load to the storage unit, they unloaded it room by room, so that when we went to start collecting the boxes a few at a time, we knew exactly what had come from each room. They had plenty of good quality boxes with them, and completed the job in the time estimated. They were also very courteous and understanding of my recent bereavement. Our boxes were in a safe storage unit, individually locked, and then the building locked and alarmed. Whenever we went to collect more stuff, we just let John know and somebody was there to let us in. We were also very pleased with the price, which had been fully explained to us at the start. Thank you to John and all the staff for making a very difficult time a bit easier for us.

As a charity we rent two storage containers and require frequent access. One quick phone call and John or a member of his team is waiting for us to allow access. Very helpful and very efficient. More importantly very secure, clean and dry.

I had two storage units with Southwest Storage for nearly 2 years during some really damp weather. Covered vehicular access to the container door was brilliant; the units are unheated but located in a secure, airy and dry industrial building, and when the contents came out of storage, there wasn't a hint of any damp or condensation. We looked at other storage facilities with 24 hour access but with loads of floors, doors and lifts; forghet them, if you want good value, secure, dry storage with the best access, this is it.
