Using a 7.5 tonne restricted road past a nursery/primary school (DE118HA Occupation Road) to save a few minutes is not impressive. Your drivers need educating.

Notified by the office the day before & delivered as promised.
It's a challenging industry & I'd imagine getting professional reliable drivers is tough let alone chatty ones like Luke, so hang on to him.
