Awful!
Really nice owner but totally unreliable! We have a 18 plate box and on its 4th run from been converted the back door fell apart due to a suspension arm placed on top of door been too strong.
Contacted him to arrange fix but very difficult to get hold of, he asked for pictures which were sent, despite many more calls and emails he simply ignores us or says too busy, it’s now been 7 weeks and we have given up.
Do not buy a Burrington horsebox!
