Terrible customer service. Racking supplied in a terrible, filthy state. Tried to complain and provided them images, only to be told they are perfectly fine and not to shop with them again. This is after spending nearly £10k over the past 6 months with them. Returned the goods at my cost, they refunded us after deducting a 25% re-stocking fee.

I was early for my off load, they were quite happy that I was early and very polite. I put the trailer in the hanger doorway to make it easier for them to off load. Again they were very appreciative and offered me a coffee too.
Nice friendly place. A pleasure to deliver there. First class.
