Working with Vigo across two sites and in the process of installing into a third. The TMS system is excellent to use, being flexible and versatile. The support from Vigo software is nothing short of fantastic. When you raise a ticket that's not all you get, you get your issue sorted. When an immediate issue is raised they are happy to get straight on to it. There are certain stand out members of staff who out of respect I will not name here, but suffice to say they go above and beyond everytime.

We use VIGO in one of our three transport businesses and are extremely impressed with the functionality, reporting capability, ODBC linking & configurability.

We are in the early stages of moving our other two businesses to VIGO Software and this can't happen quickly enough for me.

VIGO very happen to listen to ideas; some are chargeable but if the idea would benefit their customer base, may be included in next update. This happened same day the other week!

I wouldn't consider another system.
