We’ve used city sprint for a few years and always had good service. However on Friday they accepted a booking, gave us estimated pick up time and then simply failed to pick up. After 3 missed deadlines I had to collect myself otherwise I would have let our client down. The telephone staff were polite but unless they have a driver confirmed they should not accept orders.

citysprint have just delivered 3 fence panels.I am 81 and my wife is disabled.the courler couldn't have been more kind and helpful in placing panels in a convenient place for us.the courier was Bl04 thankyou .david broughton

Never known such rudeness and helpfulness in my life. Rang the door bell and was about to drive off leaving bags of concrete on wet driveway and not wanting to move them even though we are in our 70s and very unwell, shouting at me and coming within a foot of me with no face covering.
