Absolute shambles and will be reporting to ofcom for breaching consumer rights law!

I ordered some furniture from Turkey recently. The company collected all the goods in Istanbul on 29th of January, they delivered it to me with Lory in 2 weeks time on 15th Feb, 2021. Responses from the team throughout very organised and professional.

Especially value wise, I was quoted almost double with well know other companies compared to Ikra. I am very satisfied with the speed of the delivery and the great value. Amazing service. We did not any single bad experience. Thank you very much.
