I took a chance and went into Rymans this morning to print out my book ready for editing, and I have to say Grace and Tracey were caring, professional and very welcoming. Even when a gentleman came in after me looking for a scan copy, they dealt with him in such a kind and welcoming way, even though he had to wait for a while, while my book was printing out. A lovely experience and I shall be back for more copies. Thank you Grace and Tracey
