Had a Saturday AM delivery into Canary Wharf region. Gang of men waiting.

Phoned Saturday morning chasing delivery and helpdesk was manned - unusual - the legend on the desk contacted the driver and gave me update in a few minutes (which I have to say I was not expecting) and pallet arrived within a few minutes of when he said.

London weekend deliveries are always a bit hit or miss but I have to say 'top draw'.

containers are unloaded without queues. they said to come at 9:00. but I'm still waiting for all the incoming containers to be unloaded. definitely not a quick discharge.

Personel przyjazny. Bardzo duże zamieszanie więc w biurze nie ma co dyskutować. Bardzo ciasno. Jedno miejsce by się zatrzymać przed ostatnim sekretem w lewo, jedne przed bramą po lewej stronie, choć i z tąd przeganiaja bo jest to miejsce dla kurierów. Często ciężarówki blokują się nawzajem i wyjeżdżają bez kolejki.
