It is perfect for me when it's working. Unfortunately it's been playing up or not working at all for about 5 weeks now. Despite numerous people ringing/emailing Inpost it still isn't working. Sad Inpost can't be bothered to get it fixed. Their loss, customers go elsewhere.
Having said all this I had to go and get some shopping and as I had 3 parcels that must go today I thought I would give it another try. Hooray it's been fixed. My phone call must have worked
Just hope it stays working.

Never gets emptied. Tried on 4 consecutive days to return a parcel and each day all the compartments are full.
