Never in my life has I experienced a shop like this!! the lady picking her nose then eats it !! Made me sick had to walk out then she ask me why no thank you.

Not the best place. Shop itself is ok but the staff is a different story. They also should amend opening times as it's never open at 7am!!

Sent a package with them worth £115 on November 25th and the tracking shows that it's still at the post office and waiting to be picked up.

I went back to question why it had not been picked up on December 7th and they said they don't have it and can't find it.

Also, the process for organising parcels seems very unorganised as they are sometimes just left on the floor by the till or in a cupboard on the shop floor. I'm not sure if this is an issue with with Royal Mail not updating the tracking information or if someone has stolen my package from the shop. Either way, I'm very upset, and I am trying to claim it back with Royal Mail.

I would not recommend using this location.

Miserablest woman I have ever dealt with absolutely appalling attitude would not recommend sending any type of parcel of here. Not the correct processes in place definitely not be using this place again due to her damaging my parcel !!!
