Stuff very friendly, but random post office closures cause some problems. Last 3 times in a row tried to drop a parcel only to find post office closed!

Just popped in here to drop an envelope off at the Post Office, made to wait for ages while the lass repeatedly recounts a wad of money as she keeps losing count. I stood there totally unacknowledged for about a minute before she said, "'I'll just be a couple of minutes". Then she tried a few more times to recount, whilst discussing it in between attempts with another colleague. Before multiple chats with a colleague about this recount, how about just accepting the envelope BEFORE you start repeatedly recounting? In fact, just actually taking the envelope in the first place would have took less time than saying "I'll just be a couple of minutes"!

Taking the envelope takes literally a second, then you can spend however long you like recounting instead of making customers wait for no sensible reason, actually keeping them in your store far longer than they ever needed to be there. But no, this is apparently too sensible and they'd rather just make you wait.

Also, given that this entire shop is laden with Covid instructions for the customers to follow, how about the staff actually apply it to themselves? On this visit, there were three staff behind the counter, only ONE of them wearing a mask correctly, one staff member with the mask below her nose, and the other staff member not covering her mouth or nose, and just wearing the mask as a chinstrap! But apparently if you point this out to them, you're being 'cheeky'. No, I wasn't being cheeky, just pointing out the blatantly obvious.

You're dictating to your customers how to dress in your store, so have a word and sort yourselves out. Or is that suggestion too cheeky?
