Bought a frame and opted to pick it up at the warehouse. What they don't tell you is when you call the number for pickup if the agent doesn't pick up within a minute instead of you sitting on hold waiting to be next it dumps you into a voice mail which who knows if it ends up getting checked. It took 5 or so phone calls before I didn't get dumped into voice mail and then waited another 20 min to get my frame at the customer dock. The staff were friendly so that is a plus.

The delivery of both my mattresses came today 9/22 at 3pm. The Service Team of Ariel Diaz. While the Queen size mattress was all good and in perfect shape, my King size mattress was torn on the bottom edge. There were no quality control checks done and I am very upset. I tried to chat with customer service they refused to help me. Mattress Firm overall did a horrible job with both the delivery process and trying to resolve a customer complaint. If you buy a mattress and pick up, expect to wait hours with no assistance. Dont even bother calling, no one picks up or returns calls.

The assistant manager was knowledgeable and kind. She answered many of our questions that will ultimately help aid in the purchase of a premium mattress. Temper Pedic seems to be the direction to go. However, we can't believe people are paying 14k for matresses and a base that vibrates. It is best to always shop around for the best deals.

Delivery: Very unorganized delivery procedures, they need to implement a system to sign you in and order for unloading. The current process is to find out the person in charge by stopping one of the forklift driver. Then someone would eventually inform you to go back to your truck and wait until someone comes out to get you instructions from that point. Small maneuver area between two business; be mindful of how many trucks are in front of you,. Very slow unloading process, expect to be there 5-6 hours. I had to keep going inside to inquire about when they were going to start unloading me.

I felt welcomed and management was very helpful. Mark, the manager at our store, even remembered us from about a month ago and the bed we wanted. Everyone was very helpful and I’ll definitely be making my next purchase from here. 10/10 would recommend.
