30 mins away from closing. We arrived at 630pm and a lady with red hair tells us we can't refill our tanks after hurricane milton. Great Customer service in times of need. She was more interested with her cell phone then to help at all. Refused to give her name, but dyed red hair wearing and orange jacket. I'll be calling the corporate number as well

Does not honor reservations, had zero vehicles with a dozen people checking in. Rude. Not helpful. Could just be polite about people not bringing vehicles back on time and I’d understand. I know it’s out of their control, but they can control how they talk to people.

After the jump start it immediately started up so I could finish my move. Was so excited because I didn't have to take my furniture that we put on the truck off and place on another truck. Thanks be to God and the swiftness of 2 of the staff members that assisted we continued the move, got everything moved to the new location in 2 hours. Thank you for U-haul and it's kind Manager Dayna for all she assisted with making a smooth transition from one phase to the other. Job well done!

Horrible experience, after reserving my U-Haul storage unit online . I arrive to notice my access code is not working. After several attempts with new card still nothing. I’ve called customer service, the store manager and multiple trips inside the check-in U-haul across the street and still nothing. All 3 were of no service. I understand patience but a 3 hour process just to get to my unit is unacceptable. First and last time using UHaul

This was, by far, my best experience with renting a U-Haul truck. The woman who assisted me upon check-in was informative, answered all of my questions and was very pleasant. The return was quick and easy. The gentlemen grabbed the keys and that was it. I opted to have my receipt e-mailed to me and the charges were exactly as explained, with no hidden fees. If you’re thinking about renting a U-Haul, I highly recommend this location.

In my experience if Dayna is not there things can get messy very quickly and there are no answers available. When she is there the transactions are quick and knowledgeable this location is a 5 star when she is available.

I paid three times the price of what was posted online. I hate surprise fees. The agency is well located and it was easy and fast to take the truck but there are hidden fees that I did not appreciate
