I just called there at 11:30am on a Saturday as I was desperate to get 2 duct collars for a big job my HVAC company was doing in Holiday and we were short these two materials. I knew they were getting ready to close and relived when I called and someone answered and said they in fact had the 2 parts I needed....Until I needed to pay over the phone so my tech could pick it up. The total was $10 and change. . I spoke with Adam first, then was transferred to Chris who told me he didn't know me or my company and because I didn't have an account with them or hadn't purchased with this branch before they wouldn't be able to let me pay over the phone because I didn't have a card on file and I asked if we could bring the payment in on Monday and Chris said he was running a business wouldn't allow it and then said good luck and that was it. I hung up not believing what just happened.....IT WAS A $10 TRANSACTION...certainly nothing was going to put that location out of business and would have been paid in person on Monday when normal business hours resumed. I would have 100% understood my customers desperation on a Saturday and would have helped out even if it was a first time customer.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER..

Cris and the guys are absolutely hands down the best supply house guys I've dealt with. I know that I'm going to be in and out because they've got the best knowledge of what they sale and have in stock. Dave stays on top of any questions I may have on my account or pricing and always gets back to me when he says he will. Overall I wish this was the only supply house I had to go to. Thanks for all the help over the past couple of years guys, you pulled me out of more than one tight spot.
