If I could give no stars, I would definitely give no stars. Absolutely none Matt Bates the warehouse manager is a whole joke literally very unprofessional and probably should work on his people skills literally reached out to this guy in a professional manor to see why my husband was blocked from the temp employment app wonolo this man gave me a reason I asked for clarification from him, not unblocking my husband and I had a scheduled shift for the 15th(Which I wasnt plan on going anyway) but he blocked and canceled me as well so now im patiently waiting for a email or call back from cooperate I bet he gone wish he never did what he did just because you have the authority to do so dont make it right or fair but I refuse to let it slide & I work a great job but you just aint gone do people like that its not fair.

Day shift manager is lazy does not put water out for employees during this crazy heat wave. They use temp workers because they treat there employees so bad. They are short staffed. Therefore the expect the temp workers to work harder for less. Training is subpar, expectations are not given or verbalized. They will pull you too the side if they don’t like you and let you go for no reason complaining about productivity or another excuse to make you feel bad, management pulled temp worker to the side and told him he didn’t build enough cases he was not far behind other builders but without any verbal warning, or exceptions given they sent that worker home not to return when he was a hard worker working into both his 15minute break and his lunch break. Daytime manager told him to clock out and he did. Then he wanted him to come back and do more work. Off the clock. The bald Mexican guy is so rude, stay away from this wearhouse. There is a reason why they are having to use temp workers to get there orders built. They can not keep normal employees. Their truck drivers are quitting for better opportunities. Let them continue to mil down their employees and temp workers until the manager has nothing to manage anymore. It’s one thing if someone isn’t working or trying to meet build goals to let them go, but to have a personal vendetta against someone you do not like, that is improving daily working hard and showing up on time with no training, and inside knowledge of how this specific wear house works. To let them know without setting any performance standards, or even asking them “Hey you are 50 cases behind our slowest guy can you pick up the speed a little” is not just bad management of a wearhouse that is already understaffed, but discrimination and goes against cokes code of conduct and equal opportunity standards. Avoid at all cost.
