I delivered here for the first time. I expected a bad experience but it went really well. They will tell you exactly what they need you to do. The front gate takes paperwork checks you in, then you're instucted to park along the fence. Walk paperwork that the front gate will give back to you to the receiving office. Always have on your safety vest, or they will not take your paperwork. Go back to your truck. They will text you with a door #. Break your seal, and walk it into the receiving office. When light goes from green to red, back to green, walk into receiving office for paperwork. Receiving is by door R24. Can't miss it, says receiving over door. The doors are spaced well but can be a challenging back if a bunch of trucks attached to trailers are along the fence. Got here here an hour early, and I got a door right away. Take aprox 2 hours to unload. People were professional and friendly. Would come here again.

Easy load or unload.
If trader Joe's cold unload is 4am and dry unload 7am or after, some times a little behind is busy.

I had appointment at 5pm .Arrive at 3pm ,they let me in and give me the door in 20min?
Easy parking ?️
Restroom is inside ?

But when you check in at office is hard to hear what office guy saying and he look at you like it’s your problem…

Unloading takes 1 hour ?

My delivery appt was 1600 hours. Showed up 30 minutes early and I was in a door unloading within 15 minutes. I’ll come back here for sure.

Big Spacious lot. Easy to find, check in is smooth with security and have a waiting lot for truckers who arrive early. Freezer deliver office is ok some people are arrogant and some are nice. Got here a day early to try my luck and I got unloaded. 3-4 hours not bad for a day early appointment.

11 to 15 people in line

Seven hours to offload a partial reefer load (16 pallets) (on top of the check in time…..

This place is garbage , 100% garbage

Not a bad place. Better than most grocery warehouses. Most guards will turn you around if you’re earlier then a half hour though.

Checkin had me standing at window for 45min. To maneuver in yard is tight with no room and to much traffic going on. If I could give no stars I would. No overnight parking but across the street is a company that’s truck parking friendly.
