Uptown reading the reviews on this place I figured to leave my complains as well. I got here exactly at 9pm. My appt was 11pm. I got a door right away and was done by 2am. Plenty of space as you can see in my pictures. This is my first time here and I think so far it’s one of the best. Few parking across from the docks if you don’t get door right away. Not sure if it’s a slow day for them but I think there better than a lot of places I been before. Hope your experience is the same as mine.

Everyone says here isn’t good, unloading too slow. So I am ready to have a 10 hours good sleeping here. Because my next stop is 20 hours later. I have enough time. But I am wrong. App is 2:00am, I checked in at 11:50pm. They gave me a door immediately. Then call me in 1 hour to get paperwork. Amazing! No time to sleep, I have to leave. Nice people here. Thanks!

The best part of the entire experience is the guard. I called earlier and spoke to one of the daytime employees. I asked if there were a chance that I could come earlier, because of an appointment in another town. He said yes, come in at 1900.

I came in then and the woman who replaced him said nobody comes in until 2100. At 2100 she gave me a door and they started to unload my trailer, then stopped. It is 2:05 am and I'm still not unloaded. I asked her if she knew the situation and she said she was too busy and they'd get to me. When I walked in she was watching something on her phone.

It just stinks that a driver asks for help on a night they are not overly busy and you are blown off because you've interrupted their tic tock time. I thought drivers mattered since we're the reason you have a job working in shipping and receiving in a warehouse. Poor leadership and terrible service. The gate guard was fantastic.

After reading reviews I did prepare for all the negative responses I read since it was my first time here. Well my experience was different, the young lady at the Guard Shack was very professional and helpful I even received a door right away.. I love the fact that when I went to check in the lady was busy, however she was respectful enough to acknowledge me and let me know she'll be right with me...
My appointment @ 22:00p
Check-in at receiving office @ 9:40p
Told me to open the doors, seal in the back, as soon as I back in, the red light came on, so fast unloading..

My experience here was great, from the guard check to the receiving office. Check in at 10:00 p.m. and check out 11:30 p.m. Be safe.

I purchased a box of crunchy granola raisin bran, when I opened it there was no raisin in it and about a hand full of granola a small hand full. That is why I buy them. Have had a problem with them the last tow times I bought them. Save A Lot is fall down on a lot of things.
