The tipping is fantastic, the facilities less so.
The toilet facilities are an absolute disgrace.
One unisex toilet that barely flushes. Abysmal how drivers are treated.
The amount of drivers that come through this depot the toilet is so inadequate.

Only allowed 30 minutes be4 booking times! Weird setup, keys in one part of the building then paperwork in the office, once your on a green light that doesn’t mean your paperwork is ready!! Save your self the walk wait until they call…

Goods in staff rude and very basic with their instructions I realised they didn't ask for my truck keys so went in to ask where they go, when they told me, I mentioned that they should tell truck drivers that when they take the paperwork instead of just tipping the next person and he said I should have asked him!!! I said that's ridiculous why would I ask you where you want my keys When you have my phone number to just call instead of leaving me till last! Rude lazy and clearly have zero care for their job!, take a deep breath before you come here! And be prepared to just figure it all out by yourself. If I could give zero stars I would!

I appreciate Waitrose is a high end supermarket who’s customers visit their stores through choice, but as a driver delivering to a Waitrose Distribution Centre without the same choice I don’t think 50p for a vending machine coffee is appropriate.
