Having a new kitchen is always going to be a huge undertaking, not to be taken lightly, but choosing Victoria Robert made it so easy. Right from the word go everything went like clockwork. Arrun listened to what I wanted and designed my new kitchen accordingly. The lads who did the fitting were so lovely, always polite and respectful and certainly knew what they were doing. John, in particular, impressed me with his knowledge and expertise! If you are thinking of having a new kitchen don't hesitate!

We were recommended Victoria Robert by friends and were impressed from our first visit to the showroom where we met Arran. From the offset he understood our plans completely - even more so than we did in some instances! His friendly and professional approach made the experience of creating a new kitchen enjoyable and stress-free, and the visuals he made were stunning! During the build of our kitchen extension, structural changes meant we had to reconfigure the design slightly; this was no problem for Arran who worked brilliantly with the situation and gave us a couple of options to decide on. Yet another hiccup occurred when our dishwasher fell apart upon being moved. Arran managed to both source us a new dishwasher, upgrade our oven AND save us money in the process, which goes above and beyond expectations of good customer service. The kitchen itself is of the highest quality, was well-fitted and is without a doubt our favourite room in our new home. Thank you for everything Arran!

Victoria Robert were INCREDIBLE in bringing our vision for our kitchen to life. From the initial seed of the idea, through the various different design options that were skilfully created for us to choose from, thinking of every little detail all the way to choosing the colours, cabinet style, accessories, appliances all the way to install, It was a fantastic experience and now we have the most beautiful kitchen and a cleverly created secret pantry! Could not recommend these guys more!

Wow, what can I say about VRK except for they are absolutely amazing! VRK came as a recommendation for me from my builder and I’m so happy I got in contact! Arran absolutely nailed my kitchen design first time round! I told him which styles I liked and which colours and he set off to create the perfect kitchen for me!🤩 I did not make any changes at all because Arran listened to me and totally understood what I wanted. The kitchen that Arran designed has now almost come to life, I even had brick slips added as per the design because it was just so perfect! Arran is so friendly, professional & amazing at his job! I’m not a fan of moving house but if I need to, I will certainly be in touch with Arran to design my next kitchen! Suzanne has also been amazing with keeping me updated and supporting me with anything I asked! She is so lovely and gets the job done right away! Suzanne was also a lifesaver when she organised my fridge to be fitted by Kev, he was fab and now it looks perfect! Each time I have been to the showroom, Suzanne and Arran have always been so welcoming! Thank you both so much for making my kitchen life so easy!☺️ I would 100% recommend VRK to anyone!

Every stage of fitting our new kitchen has gone exactly how we hoped it would. We were helped during the design stage to firm up our ideas on exactly what we wanted. An excellent design was produced and quotes very quickly followed. Electricians, plumbers, flooring and fitter were all excellent tradesmen who interfaced with VRK very efficiently. We have been very pleased indeed.

Victoria Robert Kitchens was recommended to us by friends, we'd already had a couple of companies visit -their ideas, plans and costings weren't quite right. Arran was our planner and honestly from the moment we had our first meeting he puts us at ease with his friendly- professional manner. Arran listened to our ideas and gave us advice, new visions/ideas and quickly got to work on the planning the kitchen. Visiting their show room was welcoming and seeing the kitchen on screen bought Arran's designs to life and after a couple of changes (me with
worktops) we'd agreed that thanks to Arran VR was right for us and their costings were great too. Suzanne kept us up to date with our order and any questions we had, and when it would be ready for fitting - last week our kitchen was completed and we love it, thanks to everyone at Victoria
Robert for a seamless service First class.
